Customer can't redeem more points until they've used this coupon. They have to use it in order for points to reset and start the process over again.
How It Works
After customer's have scanned at your Nutrition Club for 10 visits, they will be notified of the reward you choose (above).
Upon their 10th visit, they will receive a text message & email with their coupon. The screen will look like the image below.
How Customers Get It
Customers will use the link sent to their phone via text message or email.
If customers already have 10 points when they check in, the screen below will automatically appear.
How You Redeem It
Step #1: Enter the customer's phone number (if applicable)
Step #2: Enter Nutrition Club's four (4) Digit Passcode
Step #3: Wait for the screen to show a red or green screen.
If after validation screen is green, proceed to POS to use coupon.
If after validation screen is red, politely inform customer that the coupon is not valid due to prior use.
Re-Invitation Coupon

How It Works
If a customer has not checked in (scanned the QR code and entered their phone number) after 30 days, this coupon will automatically be sent to them.
When customers present this coupon, it's a second chance to win this customer back with great service and product!
How Customers Get It
Customers will use the link sent to their phone via text message or email.
This coupon is sent if the customer has NOT checked in within the last 30 days.
How You Redeem It
Step #1: Enter the customer's phone number (if applicable)
Step #2: Enter Nutrition Club's four (4) Digit Passcode
Step #3: Wait for the screen to show a red or green screen.

Customers will use the link sent to their phone via text message or email.
This coupon is sent if the customer has NOT checked in within the last 30 days.
How You Redeem It

This is a great opportunity to reactivate and re-invite customers into your Nutrition Club especially if thye haven't been in for a while.
How Customers Get It
Every day at about 7am local time, the automation is triggered for each birthday that's on that date. Customers will receive a heartfelt message and coupon with an expiration (choose below).
How You Redeem It
Step #1: Enter the customer's phone number (if applicable)
Step #2: Enter Nutrition Club's four (4) Digit Passcode
Step #3: Wait for the screen to show a red or green screen.
